Refund policy

Customer Return Policy - Last Updated on June 3, 2022

 

  • Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • If a customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, it would be handled at the customer's expense by placing a new order.

EU Consumer Notice: If you are an EU consumer, please be aware that certain goods, such as personalized or unsealed items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons, may not be eligible for return under EU law.  Back The Blue Store reserves the right to refuse returns for such items at our discretion.

Policy Language: This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
